1 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup of Strawberry or Grape Jam, Pumpkin Puree, Avocado, Fresh Berries (You pick!)
Spices- Cumin, Chili Powder, All Spice
For Dipping- Apple, Pears, Carrots, Celery
Mix 1 cup of yogurt with 1/4 cup of whatever you would like. You can add things such as fresh berries, pumpkin puree, avocado, peanut butter, strawberry or grape jam. Serve with Apple or pear slices, carrot or celery sticks.
Over 1/3 of yogurt in a typical grocery store is now Greek!
